Production

STALMONT is a company with many years of experience in production. We hold the appropriate permits authorising us to perform welding works in the scope of manufacture, assembly and repair of class 1 steel structures in accordance with the PN-M-69008 standard which has been confirmed by the applicable qualification certificate.

Our Steel Structures Manufacturing Plant based in Świętochłowice manages production of various structures including:

Storage and production halls,
Structural components of machines and technical appliances,
Complete pipelines made of all grades of carbon, low-temperature, fine-grained, low-alloy and high-alloy steel of stainless and non-abrasive properties,
Steel tanks, silos, reservoirs, containers and special receptacles,
Tank instruments and accessories,
Supporting structures,
Air and flue gas ducts and funnels,
Segment elbows, reduction pipes, T-pipes, flanges, compensators, suspensions and supports,
Stainless steel installations for chemical facilities and waste water treatment plants, etc.,
Steel ramps, platforms, stairs and railings.

The Company's current productive capacity is:

ca. 1,500 tons per annum for all steel structures,
ca. 1000 tons per annum for pipelines,
ca. 400 tons per annum for tanks and apparatus.

The technologies applied by our Company facilitate the manufacture and assembly of steel structures as well as various pieces of equipment made of such grades of steel as:

constructional and low-grained steel,
alloy steel for operation at high temperatures,
HARDOX steel,
COR-TEN steel,
acid and heat resistant steel.

The facility operates its own production hall as well as overhead travelling cranes enabling transport of elements of unit weight up to 20 tons.

We also secure surfaces of structures against corrosion by shot peening and painting using modern hydrodynamic spraying machines.

Good road connections with the A4 motorway and the Trans-Regional Highway (DTŚ) ensure fast and efficient transport.
